法式沙律酱
Mayonnaise(简称Mayo)-音译美乃滋,国内常叫为沙律酱或沙拉酱,我们常见的千岛酱就是以美乃滋作为基础的。 这道产生于法国,并且用作各种料理的酱使用的mayo的做法就是用蛋黄,黄芥末酱和橄榄油,做法虽然简单但是需要些技巧,在法国甚至有“来大姨妈的时候做不出成功的Mayo"这样的俗话,不理解的同学看了详细菜谱就能理解了~ 好吧 juju给大家分享从婆婆那边学会的法式mayo的做法了~~~

Steps to make 法式沙律酱

  • 1.打鸡蛋,把蛋黄分离出来倒入碗里,加入一勺芥末酱
  • 2.打蛋器搅拌均匀
  • 3.边打鸡蛋边倒入橄榄油,这时要注意刚开始倒入橄榄油时一定要如图一样一点一点地倒入,要不然很容易使油和蛋黄芥末分离开。
  • 4.等蛋黄和橄榄油搅拌均匀,比较稳定,可以按个人喜好家一勺蒜末或一勺柠檬酱或一勺醋等等
  • 5.然后继续倒入橄榄油,这时可以比之前稍微多一点,但是还是要注意不能倒太多,需要耐心,最后会形成很粘稠,很细滑的法式沙律酱,是不是很神奇呢?
  • 6.Voila! 完成哦~ 可以配上肉类等 味道很棒哦~~·
