香滑幼嫩面包布丁
为了做这个面包布丁,特意烤了一个平顶吐司。本来打算上面包房买一个片包算了那多省事,可是想想还是自己做的面包吃起来放心,再说现在已经吃不惯买来的面包了,嘴都吃叼了啊,呵呵。
面包布丁的确有三个层次的口感,一是烤过的面包快特别酥脆,二是有软嫩的面包夹杂着爽滑的布丁层,三是有底部果干的酸甜味。

  • 8.准备好2个烤碗,在烤碗底部摆入少许蔓越莓干。
  • 9.取出融化好的黄油液体,烤好的吐司方块放进黄油液体中,沾上薄薄的黄油,沾一面即可
  • 10.将沾好黄油的面包块放入小碗里摆好,在上面放上些蔓越莓干。
  • 11.就在这个黄油锅里倒入牛奶加入20克细砂糖,黄由遇凉牛奶会结皮,隔水加加温使砂糖融化
  • 12.待放温凉以后加入两个蛋黄,用手动打蛋器搅打均匀
  • 13.将布丁液过筛,过滤后的液体会更细腻
  • 14.倒入烤碗里,使面包吸足布丁液
  • 15.烤箱预热170度烤25分钟左右
  • 16.出炉啦趁热吃吧
