葡式蛋挞
做蛋糕多下来的淡奶油没处处理,正好家里冰箱里有蛋挞皮,就想起了做了蛋挞,皮很酥脆,馅儿细腻,奶香十足...

  • 蛋奶油80克
  • 低筋粉5克
  • 蛋黄2个
  • 细砂糖25克
  • 蛋挞皮8~9个

Steps to make 葡式蛋挞

  • 1.准备好食材
  • 2.把糖25克,牛奶65克,蛋奶油80克混合在一起,搅拌均匀(冬天天冷就要隔水稍加热使糖融化)
  • 3.加入2个蛋黄搅拌均匀
  • 4.再筛入5克低筋粉搅拌均匀
  • 5.把搅拌好的蛋挞水过筛更细腻
  • 6.把过好筛的蛋挞水分别倒入蛋挞皮内七分满
  • 7.预热烤箱190度,把蛋挞放入烤盘,中层上下火190度25分钟即可(烤箱不同,时间要灵活掌握,看上色均匀就差不多了)
