  • 1.彩椒洗净
  • 2.鸡蛋1个煮熟,配料准备好
  • 3.彩椒切成4瓣去蒂,放入烤箱容器
  • 4.烤箱预热200°,放入彩椒,烤1—1.5小时。
  • 5.至烤出汤汁,彩椒变软。
  • 6.烤好的彩椒撕掉表皮,摆盘
  • 7.熟鸡蛋用叉子碾碎
  • 8.加入橄榄油、黑胡椒、盐、柠檬汁,搅拌均匀
  • 9.将拌好的鸡蛋盖在彩椒上。
  • 10.摆上新鲜橄榄、撒上香葱丝装饰。
