粤菜喜欢蒸着吃,清淡、原汁原味,不上火,健康。腊味拼盘,一锅多种味,蒸着吃不上火,省时方便,味道好。腊味拼盘有腊肉、腊肠、腊鱼,还有新鲜土鸡蛋。营养均匀,腊味全有。

Steps to make 腊味拼盘

  • 1.准备食材:腊肉、腊肠、腊鱼、鸡蛋等;
  • 2.腊肉切片,腊肠切片,腊鱼浸泡切块;
  • 3.把切的食材放入放入盘子里摆好,把姜丝、红辣椒撒在上面;
  • 4.锅中冷水放入鸡蛋,煮沸,鸡蛋熟了捞出,放入蒸盘;
  • 5.中火蒸约8分钟即可;PS:火大小及锅的导热不同,蒸煮时间略有不同。
  • 6.把煮熟的鸡蛋去壳,对半切开放入盘中央即可。
