    Steps to make 皮蛋瘦肉粥

    • 1.青豆泡发10小时左右使之膨胀
    • 2.新鲜的玉米粒清洗干净
    • 3.取适量的大米淘洗干净放入砂锅中,加入足量的清水放入玉米粒和青豆盖上锅盖煮沸
    • 4.皮蛋2到3枚清洗干净剥去外壳(皮蛋的量根据自己喜好来定)切成块状或皮蛋丁备好
    • 5.葱、姜剥去外皮清洗干净,分别切成葱花、姜片,最好切成姜丝,因家人不吃姜为了挑捡方便所以切成姜片,猪瘦肉选择比较嫩的里脊肉切成丝,放入容器中加适量的淀粉、白胡椒粉、料酒、盐、鸡精腌制10分钟左右
    • 6.煮沸后撇去浮沫
    • 7.放入姜片,改小火慢慢煮制食材成熟
    • 8.并且汤汁粘稠
    • 9.捡起锅中的姜片
    • 10.放入腌制好的瘦肉丝
    • 11.用筷子把肉丝滑散并且煮沸
    • 12.倒入切好的皮蛋块
    • 13.用汤勺轻轻的搅拌均匀即可关火
    • 14.关火后撒入葱花,加入适量的盐
    • 15.点几滴香油调味儿
    • 16.轻轻搅拌均匀
    • 17.盛入汤碗中,成品!
