Steps to make 牛奶红豆番薯糖水

  • 1.备好食材,做甜汤一般用黄心番薯。
  • 2.莲子和红豆提前浸泡,红豆浸泡的时候要长一些。
  • 3.浸泡好的红豆洗净,莲子去芯。
  • 4.砂锅中加水约1000ml烧开,加入红豆、莲子和姜片煮1小时。
  • 5.番薯去皮切块。
  • 6.番薯加入锅中再煮20分钟。
  • 7.倒入牛奶。
  • 8.放入冰糖搅拌融化后关火,放至室温后饮用。
