南瓜焦糖布丁

Steps to make 南瓜焦糖布丁

  • 1.准备好主料
  • 2.小南瓜切开一个口,掏出里面的南瓜肉
  • 3.将掏出的南瓜肉放锅里蒸3-5分钟
  • 4.蒸好的南瓜肉捣成泥,放一会,等它变凉一点
  • 5.鸡蛋打好备用
  • 6.将鲜奶油与鲜牛奶混合
  • 7.混合好的牛奶与奶油倒入南瓜泥里,搅拌均匀
  • 8.随后再倒入打好的鸡蛋里,搅拌均匀
  • 9.将搅拌好的鲜奶油蛋液用过滤网反复过滤,直到里面没有杂质
  • 10.过滤好之后倒入南瓜盅里
  • 11.将南瓜盅放到锅里,加水,大火烧开后,用中火蒸30-40分钟
  • 12.蒸到鲜奶油蛋液凝固成形即可
  • 13.锅里放入适量白砂糖,加点水弄湿它,然后开火,用勺子慢慢搅拌
  • 14.开始冒泡后转中小火,用勺子快速搅拌,不要让糖烧糊了
  • 15.糖开始变色了,用最小火,用勺子不停搅拌
  • 16.到糖完全浓稠了关火
  • 17.立刻用勺子舀出,倒在蒸好的布丁上
  • 18.完成后,放入冰箱,冷藏3-5个钟会更好吃
