  • 鸡蛋大1个
  • 白砂糖60克
  • 黄油50克
  • 百香果1至2个

Steps to make 百香果玛德琳

  • 1.准备材料(注:鸡蛋大个,没有就用2个小的,百香果也是一样,喜欢可以放2个)
  • 2.把鸡蛋和白砂糖混合均匀,白砂糖完全融化
  • 3.再加入筛好的低筋面粉,搅拌均匀无颗粒
  • 4.倒入融化好的黄油,搅拌均匀成面糊状
  • 5.把百香果对半分开,把果肉和籽全倒入面糊里搅拌均匀。(不喜欢籽可以过滤,加入籽口感丰富)
  • 6.准备一个深杯子和夹子,用夹子把裱花袋里前口夹住,这样面糊装入就不流到前口,再把裱花袋塞入杯中,装入面糊,干净还快手
  • 7.把裱花袋里的面糊放冰箱冷藏一小时
  • 8.把裱花袋前口剪掉一小口,挤入模具中,八分满即可
  • 9.预热烤箱175 上下火 15分钟烤制,烤完晾凉
