萌羊羊蛋糕

  • 糖粉10克
  • 淡奶油100克
  • 细砂糖10克

Steps to make 萌羊羊蛋糕

  • 1.黄油煮至沸腾后,倒入过筛好的低粉和玉米淀粉,离火快速拌匀。再倒入牛奶拌匀。
  • 2.逐个将蛋黄加入拌匀。
  • 3.蛋白加细砂糖打至硬性发泡,分次与蛋黄糊拌匀。
  • 4.将拌好的面糊加入纸杯中八分满,入预热烤箱170度,20分钟左右。
  • 5.等蛋糕冷却时,可以用融化的巧克力做羊的眼睛,鼻子嘴巴,羊角后入冰箱冷藏待用。
  • 6.舀一些奶酪放在纸杯蛋糕上,可以稍冷藏一下,成半圆球状。
  • 7.粘上嘴巴和眼睛等部分,用裱花嘴挤上打发的淡奶油后,插上羊角即可。
