孜然烤羊肉串

  • 洋葱小半个
  • 牛奶2汤匙
  • 1茶匙
  • 半茶匙
  • 孜然粉2茶匙
  • 辣椒粉1茶匙
  • 白芝麻2茶匙

Steps to make 孜然烤羊肉串

  • 1.将竹签放在水中浸泡,防止烤的时候烤焦。预热烤箱200度。
  • 2.将羊肉切成小块。
  • 3.将洋葱切碎。
  • 4.将羊肉放入碗中,放入洋葱和牛奶,腌制15分钟。
  • 5.加入盐,糖,1茶匙孜然粉,辣椒粉,一茶匙白芝麻,搅拌均匀。
  • 6.将羊肉串成串。刷上油,撒上剩下的孜然粉和白芝麻,放入烤箱烤7分钟左右。
  • 7.取出翻面,再烤5分钟左右。
