迷迭香牛排
自从看了小高姐的视频,现在煎牛排都非常成功。

Steps to make 迷迭香牛排

  • 1.牛排放至室温状态,现磨些海盐腌约5分钟。(不要腌太久会腌出水,影响口感。)
  • 2.铸铁锅放入从牛排上切出来的肥肉,煎出油,捞起。
  • 3.把牛排放入大火煎约2分钟。
  • 4.翻面煎2分钟。(铸铁锅受热均匀,煎出来的牛排上色很均匀。)
  • 5.放入1小块黄油溶化,转中小火煎。
  • 6.撒上迷迭香,用勺子把锅里的油不断淋在牛排上,2面各煎约3-4分钟。
  • 7.非常漂亮的牛排,这时约7分熟。(没把握可以剪一个口子看看,做多了就有经验了。)
  • 8.牛排出锅后盖个盖子焖5-10分钟,让汁被吸收。
  • 9.开吃。
