Steps to make 香酥脆黑胡椒薯片鸡翅根

  • 1.鸡翅根洗净,用牙签扎小洞,放生姜片和洋葱片。
  • 2.加料酒。
  • 3.加生抽。
  • 4.加现磨黑胡椒粉。
  • 5.带上手套抓均匀,盖上保鲜膜放冰箱冷藏两小时以上。
  • 6.冷藏够时间的鸡翅根取出,准备一包薯片。
  • 7.薯片装入保鲜袋里面,用擀面杖敲碎,鸡蛋打散,玉米淀粉备用。
  • 8.把腌制好的鸡翅根抖掉生姜片和洋葱片,放玉米淀粉里面滚一圈。
  • 9.然后放鸡蛋液里面滚一圈,裹上蛋液。
  • 10.裹满蛋液以后,把它放到敲碎的薯片中,裹上满满的薯片。
  • 11.裹好以后把鸡翅根放到烤网上。
  • 12.送入烤箱,选择空炸功能,180°空烤18分钟。
  • 13.时间到出炉。
  • 14.咬一口嘎啦嘎啦的香脆,太好吃太过瘾了。
