蓝莓派
用新鲜的蓝莓烤派,成品出来口感出奇的赞,酥松香脆。甜中带有淡淡的酸,味道美美滴。

  • 低筋面粉180克

  • 凉水5克
  • 鲜奶油75克
  • 奶油奶酪45克
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 白糖50克
  • 牛奶75克
  • 新鲜蓝莓100克

Steps to make 蓝莓派

  • 1.将A材料和成光滑面团,盖紧松弛20分钟。
  • 2.将B材料除鸡蛋外入锅,坐热水上用打蛋器搅拌至奶酪和糖完全融化至无颗粒端起。
  • 3.加入一个打散鸡蛋拌匀成派馅。
  • 4.取出松弛好的面团,用保鲜纸隔住擀成5厘米厚的面片,(面片要擀成比派盘大一圈)
  • 5.取个8至9寸的派盘,放入派皮,去掉保鲜纸,用手在边缘略压,再用擀面棍朝派盘边滚一圈去掉多余的派皮。
  • 6.将C材料蓝莓洗净。
  • 7.将蓝莓均匀的放入派盘。
  • 8.倒入派馅至8分满。提前预热烤箱180度10分钟。
  • 9.将派盘送人烤箱中下层,用上下火180度烤35分钟完成。(注:烤箱温度视个人烤箱温度而定)
