Steps to make DIY 虾干

  • 1.起锅装水。
  • 2.切好姜片及尖椒,再拍好蒜头。
  • 3.明虾洗净沥水,为了美观不用去虾线。
  • 4.水开,加入姜片蒜头及尖椒。
  • 5.加入适量细盐调味。
  • 6.入明虾,大火煮开。
  • 7.煮到虾体通红,弯卷起既可。不要煮得太老,会影响后面口感。
  • 8.沥去多余水份,再入烤盘。
  • 9.调温150度,调时五分钟,先烤去多余的水份。
  • 10.再调度90度,总烤时为60分钟(因为第一次烤虾,我是10分钟,10分钟的添加)
  • 11.烤虾完成。
  • 12.放凉后虾壳很脆,很容易剥掉。
  • 13.虾肉不是很干,可是嚼劲很足。
  • 14.完美烤虾成功。
