  • 2.鲍鱼打花刀。

  • 4.加入姜丝、胡萝卜丝。蒸气上来后,盖起来大火蒸5分钟。
  • 5.蒸熟后,蚝油加酱油搅拌均匀,淋上鲍鱼,烧油。
  • 6.加适量葱花,热油浇上即可出锅。
  • 7.成品。
