小熊寿司
现如今的寿司很多种,可以放一大堆东西,不过必须是一口可以吃掉的。为了更吸引孩子,我在外观上做了改进,制作了小熊寿司。孩子们看到外形会更喜欢吃,除了外观的改进,我特意加了肉松,使小熊寿司更加营养。

  • 米饭1碗
  • 烤海苔3张
  • 肉松2汤匙
  • 火腿肠1根
  • 海鲜酱油1汤匙
  • 蚝油1汤匙
  • 寿司醋1汤匙

Steps to make 小熊寿司

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.将米饭煮好以后晾至40度备用。
  • 3.调汁:海鲜酱油1汤匙;蚝油1汤匙;糖少许;清水少许在锅中煮熟盛出备用。
  • 4.将三分之二米饭中加入2汤匙肉松。
  • 5.在加了肉松的米饭中加入调好的酱油。(有颜色但不要太咸)
  • 6.将三分之一的米饭中加入1汤匙寿司醋充分搅拌均匀。
  • 7.将三分之一大小的烤海苔铺开,将棕色米饭捏成手指粗细放在海苔的一边。
  • 8.将寿司帘卷起来,尽量卷得紧些,做成圆柱形的寿司。依次做好两个,这是小熊的耳朵。
  • 9.将寿司帘铺开,放上二分之一块烤海苔,将棕色米饭平铺在海苔上,将火腿肠放在中间。
  • 10.卷起来,尽量卷得紧些,做成比较粗的圆柱形的寿司,这是小熊的脸。
  • 11.取一整张海苔,将白色的米饭平铺在上面。
  • 12.然后将两个细的圆柱形寿司放在中间,两个寿司之间间隔一指宽,中间填上米饭。
  • 13.再将准备做熊脸的较粗的圆柱形寿司放在上面,卷起来,尽量卷得紧些。
  • 14.将做好的寿司用刀切成一段,整理好每个寿司的形状,用海苔剪成小圆形,做成小熊的眼睛和鼻子,配上蔬菜即可。
