蜜汁排骨
蜜汁排骨是我家小妞最爱的一道菜,这个是上周六跟她在家玩的时候人家要求做的,最近忙于工作,忙于孩子,积压下好多菜都没有时间发,趁着单身的时间好好整理下。
这道排骨菜话可以留着春节宴客啊,不止是有诱人的色泽,更有甜蜜的滋味,吃完大吮手指都不过瘾哦。

  • 排骨400克
  • 淀粉100克
  • 老抽一勺
  • 料酒5毫升
  • 2克
  • 胡椒粉少许
  • 花椒粉少许
  • 蒜粉少许
  • 植物油500毫升
  • 白糖30克
  • 麦芽糖一大勺
  • 香油少许
  • 半碗

Steps to make 蜜汁排骨

  • 1.排骨泡清水中半天,中途换水2、3次
  • 2.把所有的调料和排骨放进大碗里拌均
  • 3.盖上保鲜膜腌制2小时左右入味
  • 4.腌制好的排骨裹上淀粉
  • 5.锅内把油烧6、7成热,下入占满淀粉的排骨炸1分钟左右
  • 6.把白糖30克,麦芽糖一大勺,水半碗放炒锅内烧开,然后把炸好的排骨倒进去,使排骨占满蜜汁,然后淋香油,撒芝麻即可
  • 7.完成。
