Steps to make 奶香花生糕

  • 1.花生去皮。
  • 2.锅内放入少许油,小火炒熟花生。
  • 3.炒熟的花生放入搅拌机搅拌成蓉。
  • 4.搅拌好的花生蓉放入平底锅翻炒。
  • 5.加入奶粉继续炒。
  • 6.加入砂糖继续炒。
  • 7.加入牛奶继续炒。
  • 8.最后放入奶油拌匀。
  • 9.盘子里撒上糖霜,月饼磨具里也要撒上糖霜,然后将炒好的花生蓉用月饼模具按压成型即可。
