  • 迷迭香2个
  • 蔓越莓鲜果8颗
  • 料酒1勺
  • 黑胡椒3g

  • 橄榄油10ml

  • 1.准备好食材。
  • 2.把冰冻的牛排提前从冰箱中取出,自然化冻;将解冻后的牛排放入盘中用厨房纸吸干水分,用肉锤在牛排上敲打几下,这样吃起来牛肉会松软些。牛排用盐和黑胡椒按摩一下,加入料酒或红酒腌制15分钟后再用厨房纸吸干水分,用橄榄油抹一遍牛排。
  • 3.把芦笋削去根部老皮切段,放入锅中焯水1分钟捞起。
  • 4.准备摩飞料理锅,开中段烧热,一边打入鸡蛋和放入蔓越莓鲜果,一边放入牛排煎,具体看你的牛排厚度和喜欢吃几分熟而定。
  • 5.煎了1分种翻面,再煎1分钟牛排边也煎了下,基本是七分熟了。
  • 6.牛排煎好后里面的肉很嫩还多汁,放入准备好的牛排盆上。
  • 7.倒入黑椒汁就可以享受这鲜嫩多汁美味的牛排啦。
