豆腐圆是我们本地的一种特色做法,选取嫩嫩的盐卤豆腐和上好的瘦肉剁细,加淀粉及调料和匀,做成扁圆球状,用油煎黄,叫做豆腐圆或肉圆,食时再加水煮熟,成菜滑软鲜嫩,与狮子头的做法相媲美。

    • 1.瘦肉剁成肉末
    • 2.豆腐一块
    • 3.莲藕去皮剁成末
    • 4.肉末、豆腐和莲藕放到深盆中,加姜末、盐、料酒、生抽、蚝油、淀粉混合均匀
    • 5.取适量豆腐肉馅,左右手摔打至有韧性
    • 6.平底锅放油烧热,放入做好的豆腐圆煎制
    • 7.翻面煎制
    • 8.煎好的豆腐圆盛出,若一次吃不完可放冰箱里保存几天。
    • 9.豆腐圆放锅中加水烧煮5分钟,加料酒和盐调味
    • 10.撒上香菜
