  • 1.香蕉去皮,切成差不多大小的块。

  • 5.锅内倒油,烧至7成热。
  • 6.将沾有淀粉的香蕉块均匀的挂上面糊。
  • 7.放入锅中小火慢炸。
  • 8.炸好后用漏勺沥油。
  • 9.底锅留少许油,加入适量白糖炒出糖色。
  • 10.倒入炸好的香蕉块均匀的裹上糖泥即可出锅。
