司康饼
司康饼(scone), 是英式快速面包。传统的司康饼是塑成三角形,以燕麦为主要材料,将面团放在煎饼用的浅锅中烘烤。而流传到现在面粉成了主要材料,而且像一般面食一样是以烤箱烘烤,形状也不再是一成不变的三角形,可以做成圆形、方形或是菱形等各式形状。原配方里是有加入奶油奶酪,刚好家里没有就没加,酸奶是自己做的。

Steps to make 司康饼

  • 1.准备食材
  • 2.低粉、糖和泡打粉混合过筛
  • 3.黄油切小块加入面粉中
  • 4.加黄油的面粉搓成屑状
  • 5.一点点加酸奶,拌到无干粉状,能捏成团即可
  • 6.面团擀开擀平
  • 7.用模具刻出面饼
  • 8.依次做好的饼坯
  • 9.表面刷一层蛋液
  • 10.烤箱预热,180度,中层,烤15-20分钟。
  • 11.美味出炉
