素烧冬瓜

  • 生姜1块
  • 大葱半根
  • 水淀粉3汤匙
  • 食用油3汤匙
  • 干辣椒5个
  • 八角1粒
  • 大蒜3粒
  • 鸡粉1茶匙
  • 红烧汁1汤匙

Steps to make 素烧冬瓜

  • 1.将冬瓜切成块,在背部开十字花刀(不开也行)。
  • 2.将大葱切成段,生姜切片,大蒜切厚片。
  • 3.锅内放油,油热后将冬瓜整齐码放,以中火煎至表皮金黄。
  • 4.用锅内底油将生姜大蒜、干辣椒、八角、大葱炒香。
  • 5.放入煎好的冬瓜翻炒均匀。
  • 6.锅内注入将淹过冬瓜身子一半的高汤或清水,加入盐、红烧汁烧煮,中途翻面。
  • 7.等锅内水汁即将收干时,在水淀粉里加入鸡精拌匀,淋入锅中,炒制浓稠亮色即可。
  • 8.操作完成,起锅装盘。
