桂花黄米藕
桂花糯米藕是一道让很多人都喜欢的中式甜品,热吃香糯,凉吃爽口,甜蜜蜜很耐人寻味。但,今天我把糯米换个样,换成黄澄澄的小黄米,虽然黏性较糯米差一些,但都是凉吃,所以从黏性上也没有什么差别。

Steps to make 桂花黄米藕

  • 1.适量小米入碗。
  • 2.用凉水淘洗2遍,再浸泡2小时。
  • 3.藕选取两头封闭的,这样可使藕孔内洁白无污染。
  • 4.刮掉藕的外皮,冲洗干净,在藕的一端1/5处切开。
  • 5.将泡发的小米填入藕洞中,泡小米的水先暂时不要倒掉,一边灌米,一边灌水,可使小米顺利落入藕孔中。
  • 6.将两块藕重新对齐,用数根牙签上下固定住。
  • 7.准备一把冰糖和一块黑糖;如果全部用冰糖或者全部用黑糖或红糖都可以。
  • 8.将藕、冰糖、黑糖、适量凉水同入电饭煲内胆,用煲汤档慢炖1.5小时。
  • 9.炖好后浸泡在汤中1小时。
  • 10.桂花浆准备好。
  • 11.黄米藕放入冰箱冷藏保存,彻底凉后切薄片,淋桂花糖浆;煮藕的汤可直接饮用,也可以煮粥食用。
  • 12.桂花黄米藕,清香爽口,甜滋滋~
