我们这些上班一族中午大多在公司就餐,但是饭堂菜味道大多都是不怎么样的,为了能下饭,有时候我就煮个虾米豆鼓酱之类的,令自己胃口能好点!其实虾米豆鼓酱也是勉强叫酱,我并没有把材料剁的很碎,还能看到食物的原本样子。此酱可拌饭或者蒸、煮、炒肉类、水产类都行......

    Steps to make 虾米豆鼓酱

    • 1.备材料,虾米提前泡发好,蒜头、红葱、朝天椒按个人喜好剁碎
    • 2.烧热量较多的花生油,爆煮蒜头、红葱、朝天椒与虾米
    • 3.下原粒豆鼓(也可剁碎),炒透
    • 4.下所有调味料
    • 5.所有材料用油煮至没有水份,关火
    • 6.趁热装瓶,晾凉,加盖存放在冰箱即可随时取出食用
