Steps to make 江米年糕

  • 1.江米面加入750mL的温水
  • 2.江米面中加入温水(分多次加入)搅拌均匀,如沙子状,没干面即可
  • 3.取一半江米面平铺在笼屉上,然后取一半的红枣均匀的摆放在江米面上
  • 4.把剩下的另一半江米面均匀的盖在红枣的上面
  • 5.如图(第二层江米面)
  • 6.在第二层江米面上再放上另一半的红枣
  • 7.上锅蒸40分钟即可(上大汽后改中小火)
  • 8.完成
