Steps to make 山药黑米卷

  • 1.黑米和糯米按4:1混合清洗,然后加一块冰糖。加一点糯米粘性会更好。
  • 2.铁棍山药去皮切段。
  • 3.淘洗过的米再加一杯水,和山药一起,开水上笼蒸30分钟。
  • 4.蒸熟后备用。
  • 5.山药用刀碾压成泥。
  • 6.加黄油翻炒均匀。
  • 7.晾凉到50度左右加入一勺蜂蜜。
  • 8.把山药泥平铺在保鲜膜上。
  • 9.中间铺一层蒸好的米饭。
  • 10.借助寿司帘卷起来,放置一会儿定型。
  • 11.定型后切段即可享用。
  • 12.香糯软甜的黑米山药卷。
