Steps to make 德式小酥饼

  • 1.黄油+糖粉打匀打白,妹子们可以用电动打蛋器的,糙汉子直接动手得了ヽ(•̀ω•́ )ゝ
  • 2.如图,黄油和糖粉在一起~
  • 3.筛入低筋粉和生粉拌匀至无明显大块颗粒
  • 4.好味道别忘了奶粉,根据个人口味5g适当增减~
  • 5.全都搅拌完毕就不用打蛋器了,也打不动,一手刮刀一手搓团,我做了三种味道所以平均分成三份,但是成团后加粉比较难揉匀,大家做的时候可以提前添加
  • 6.分割成15g左右小圆球压扁,我是顺手用筛子的柄压出条纹的,你们就地取材吧,记得洒点面粉防粘
  • 7.提前预热,150℃中层烤20分钟左右,确保内部烤熟的情况下不上色才酥、松、软,入口即化
  • 8.出炉取出放置室温冷却~推荐搭配是红茶喔~
