新疆风味羊肉饭

  • 大米375毫升
  • 胡萝卜450克
  • 洋葱200克
  • 青椒半个
  • 辣椒1个
  • 葡萄干50克
  • 1茶匙
  • 孜然粉1汤匙

Steps to make 新疆风味羊肉饭

  • 1.所有材料如图
  • 2.米和葡萄干洗净,在清水里浸泡30分钟。
  • 3.所有蔬菜切成细条。
  • 4.炒锅把菜油烧热,羊肉和鸡肉(事先用水浸泡1个小时洗净血水)放入炒至发白。
  • 5.再倒入所有蔬菜同炒。
  • 6.蔬菜变软后,加300毫升清水煮20分钟(中火)。
  • 7.加1茶匙盐和孜然粉(自选)调味后,把泡过的大米和葡萄干铺在面上。
  • 8.中火烧开后转小火焖煮约1个小时,直到米饭熟透为止。中间不要搅动或经常打开盖子。
