  • 1.胡萝卜清洗,切花型;
  • 2.土豆去皮、清洗、切小丁;
  • 3.牛肉过两水,切小丁;
  • 4.香菇、蒜切小丁;
  • 5.锅里放油五成热,放入胡萝卜翻炒,放少许盐翻炒一会盛出;
  • 6.放油、七成热爆香蒜,放入牛肉大火翻炒,炒干水分加老抽继续翻炒;
  • 7.翻炒三分钟,加入土豆、香菇继续翻炒,在依次加入老抽,十三香,加少量水焖一会,根据个人口味加盐,汤汁变浓即可关火;
  • 8.煮锅开水煮面;
  • 9.面煮好以后,盛盘享用;
