  • 1.烤麸、金针菜、黑木耳,冷水泡发,切小块备用。
  • 2.起锅倒油,先将烤麸炸至金黄色捞起滤油。
  • 3.锅中 留底油,加入金针菜、黑木耳一同煸炒,然后放入炸好的烤麸。
  • 4.加蚝油、酱油、盐、糖调味,加入适量清水,煮开后转小火炖煮约20分钟。
  • 5.最后加入青豆炖至汤汁浓稠,收汁淋上香油即可。
  • 6.完成。
