抹茶草莓卷
这款抹茶卷低糖 甜度低 很适合不喜欢太甜的人吃 奶油的香配上草莓的酸 吃起来贴别清爽 一点也不腻 。

  • 玉米油40g
  • 抹茶粉8g
  • 牛奶55g
  • 蛋黄4个
  • 杏仁粉22g
  • 低粉22g
  • 蛋白4个
  • 海藻糖60g
  • 柠檬汁4g
  • 淡奶油200g
  • 海藻糖10g

Steps to make 抹茶草莓卷

  • 1.玉米油加入抹茶粉 用打蛋器打匀。
  • 2.加入牛奶继续搅打。
  • 3.加入蛋黄搅打至完全混合。
  • 4.加入杏仁粉搅拌成糊。
  • 5.低粉过筛后加入杏仁粉糊 继续搅拌至无颗粒。
  • 6.蛋白加入海藻糖和柠檬汁后打发。
  • 7.大至提起有小勾即可。
  • 8.取一部分蛋白霜加入抹茶杏仁面糊 翻拌均匀后再倒入蛋白霜 并翻拌至完全混合 注意不要有未混合的蛋白霜 会影响蛋糕烤制。
  • 9.混合好的面糊倒入28×28方盘 晃动至面糊分布均匀 并震荡出气泡。
  • 10.烤箱上下火180摄氏度 中层烘烤18分钟 烤好的蛋糕震出热气 转移到烤架上并盖上硅油纸晾凉 。
  • 11.淡奶油加入海藻糖后打硬发。
  • 12.均匀涂在蛋糕上(注意留一部分在蛋糕卷上裱花用)草莓洗干净沥水 切蒂后摆并排摆放。
  • 13.卷起后切块。
  • 14.蛋糕卷上裱上少许奶油 并装饰上草莓。
