感受春天的味道--香炸薄荷
自从我拥有了这块不大的地,第一个移栽过来的就是这个薄荷。薄荷的繁殖能力真是强大无比啊,无需管理自然生长,总之是枝繁叶茂得让我一度斩草除根了。怎奈的人家每年都从地缝里冒出来了,依旧长得春意盎然的。那天给树培土,无意中碰到它,散发出的薄荷清香直冲脑门立马神清气爽了真真的让人陶醉,现在正值春季正是薄荷好吃的时候,毫不犹豫的摘了下来做炸薄荷吃。如果出去郊游,带上些清凉的炸薄荷也是不错的选择呢,跑了一天打个饱嗝都带着清香的味道是不是很爽呢。

Steps to make 感受春天的味道--香炸薄荷

  • 1.薄荷取第三层叶子以上部分的嫩枝采下洗净控水
  • 2.鸡蛋一个打入容器,放上水搅散
  • 3.放上盐调匀
  • 4.放上面粉用打蛋器搅匀成光滑无颗粒的鸡蛋面糊
  • 5.稠稀如图这种状态。
  • 6.提着薄荷的茎将叶子部分放入面糊里沾匀,使叶片全部粘上面糊。
  • 7.将炒锅放油烧到6成热,提起沾满面糊的薄荷在盆边上刮2下,刮去多余的面糊,放入油锅炸
  • 8.浮起后翻面
  • 9.待2面金黄时捞出控油
