Steps to make 海参羊肉煲

  • 1.羊肉用流动的水冲洗干净表面血水,放在大盆中,用清水浸泡半小时,期间换水两三次,泡出羊肉中的血水后,洗净沥干备用。
  • 2.锅内放少许油,油热后放入花椒大料,蒜,葱姜煸香。
  • 3.倒入羊肉块煸炒出香味。
  • 4.葱打结,大蒜、香叶、桂皮和孜然放入锅中,放入料酒,红烧酱油继续煸炒。
  • 5.加入足量水,没过羊肉,烧开倒入砂锅中。盖上锅盖,大火煮开后转小火,焖煮1个小时左右。
  • 6.萝卜切滚刀块,海参切圈一起放入羊肉锅继续炖30分钟至羊肉完全酥烂入味。
  • 7.开盖转大火收浓汤汁,加一点鸡精和少许盐调好味道,开盖出锅。
