    Steps to make 紫苏千层饼

    • 1.准备热水面碎和冷水面碎各1份。
    • 2.将两种混和在一起和成面团醒20分钟。
    • 3.将紫苏叶切碎用盐腌一会儿。
    • 4.准备小半碗面粉,锅里油烧热,放花椒爆香,再把花椒捞出,趁热倒入面粉中,迅速搅拌即成油酥面。
    • 5.将醒好的面用手揪4个剂子。
    • 6.取一个剂子擀成面片,抹油酥、铺紫苏叶,紫苏腌过,所以我没再放盐。
    • 7.象折扇子一样折起来。
    • 8.折好后一边拉一边卷。
    • 9.卷好后盘起来。
    • 10.再把它擀平。
    • 11.上饼铛煎熟即可。
