胡萝卜小蛋糕
这款萌萌哒的胡萝卜蛋糕不用打发鸡蛋,采用菠菜汁和玉米面粉制作不仅颜色漂亮口感也非常松软

  • 1.食材图
  • 2.鸡蛋加糖搅匀,不打发
  • 3.筛入低粉,玉米面粉,泡打粉拌匀
  • 4.加入融化成液体的黄油25克,搅拌均匀即成蛋糕糊;剩下的我用来耍磨具了
  • 5.把一半的蛋糕糊装入裱花袋
  • 6.剩余的蛋糕糊加入菠菜汁拌匀,感觉面糊稀了就加点玉米面粉搅匀就可以
  • 7.借助裱花袋把蛋糕糊装入磨具八分满
  • 8.放入预热好的烤箱里160度20分钟
