Steps to make 2款低热量水果炒酸奶

  • 1.酸奶炒冰盘提前冷冻10小时,用前取出,准备好原味酸奶、草莓丁、火龙果丁。
  • 2.冷冻好的炒冰盘无需插电,不要在室温下静置太久,使用前取出即可,在室温下冰盘很快有一层薄冰,这是将周围空气中的水分凝结了,无需清理。
  • 3.倒80-120ml的原味酸奶在炒冰盘上。
  • 4.用自带的铲子将酸奶摊平,静置1-2分钟,时间越长,酸奶凝固得越结实。
  • 5.用铲子沿着边缘将酸奶冰铲起。
  • 6.再将草莓丁与酸奶冰混合。
  • 7.用动图看一下软质酸奶冰的制作:酸奶摊平后静置的时间短于1分钟,加适量火龙果丁翻拌即可。
