蔬菜天妇罗
日式元素太多了,寿司啊,刺身啊,各种渍物,天妇罗等等。天妇罗是油炸的,不建议吃多,偶尔吃次还是不错的。

Steps to make 蔬菜天妇罗

  • 1.西葫芦、红椒、绿椒、茄子、手指胡萝卜、香菇洗净。
  • 2.切片洗净沥水备用。香菇切花。
  • 3.调好天妇罗面糊、和其他工具,锅中倒油,烧至六成热,就可以开炸了。
  • 4.炸西葫芦
  • 5.炸香菇
  • 6.炸青红椒和手指胡萝卜
  • 7.炸好后放在垫了厨房用纸的篮子里沥一下油就可以了。
