火麻豆渣四喜丸子
做完豆腐后剩下的豆渣加上些肉末和火麻油做了四喜丸子,很好吃,丸子是用空气炸锅做的,没有用油,很健康;丸子篷松口感软嫩,配上山药和木耳,是营养丰富全面的美味佳肴。成品菜再放些火麻仁营养就更加丰富了。

Steps to make 火麻豆渣四喜丸子

  • 1.准备好所需的各种食材。
  • 2.除山药和木耳将其它食材混合在一起拌匀。
  • 3.将馅料做成丸子的生坯。
  • 4.再打散一个鸡蛋,把每一个丸子的生坯都放在鸡蛋液里滚均匀,之后放入空气炸锅160度15分钟烤至金黄色,在这期间也可以及时观察,以免炸过火。
  • 5.炸好的一部分。
  • 6.全都炸好了。
  • 7.此时可蘸椒盐食用。
  • 8.也可将山药和木耳放在容器中用生抽、盐和蚝油调味,再放上丸子,上锅蒸熟。
  • 9.菜蒸熟入味也可出锅收汁装盘,再撒上火麻仁增香吧。
