酿香菇

Steps to make 酿香菇

  • 1.香菇洗净剪去根茎
  • 2.香菇洗净少加点盐煮熟
  • 3.肉馅加料酒,生抽,蚝油,少盐,味精,葱,姜,香油顺一个方向搅拌均匀!
  • 4.每个香菇上放上肉馅
  • 5.鹌鹑蛋每个底部切下来做成兔子耳朵,头上斜切一刀插上兔子耳朵,做成兔子样子,兔子放在酿好肉馅的香菇上,上锅水开后蒸10分钟!
  • 6.用胡萝卜切成很小的小丁,当兔子眼睛
  • 7.用蒸好后的汁放锅里,加点水开后勾芡浇再装盘的香菇上。
