Steps to make 茶树菇焖腊鸡

  • 1.风干腊鸡剁成块 ,先焯水去掉咸味。
  • 2.茶树菇先泡发半个小时 。
  • 3.准备姜丝、蒜瓣、 小米椒 。
  • 4.起锅热油 ,把姜蒜小米椒爆香 。
  • 5.倒入腊鸡块。
  • 6.翻炒至表面微微发黄 。
  • 7.倒入茶树菇 。
  • 8.翻炒两分钟 ,把茶树菇的水分炒干 。
  • 9.放入酱油、 蚝油、 料酒、 胡椒粉、糖调味。
  • 10.将调好味的铲入高压锅中 ,加入适量的清水 。
  • 11.焖上15分钟即可,撒入鸡精,再用勺子翻动一下,把底部的汁搅匀。
  • 12.成品。咸香适口,非常下饭。
