南瓜大黄米粥

Steps to make 南瓜大黄米粥

  • 1.大黄米备好,过水淘洗干净(这就是大黄米,米粒要比小米大一些,颜色也很黄)。大黄米北方一般大超市都有,没有大黄米换成小米也好吃,只是不粘糯。
  • 2.熟南瓜压成南瓜泥备用。
  • 3.汤锅中加入适量的水烧开。
  • 4.下入淘洗干净的大黄米小火煮,注意用勺子不停的搅拌,避免糊锅。
  • 5.下入南瓜泥搅拌均匀,喜欢甜的可以加点冰糖,继续小火煮3-5分钟。
  • 6.关火,这颜色是不是看着很有食欲。
  • 7.出锅。
