  • 1.将一半椰蓉约20克均匀的撒入蛋糕模具。

  • 4.剩余的140克牛奶、淡奶油和糖倒入锅内。
  • 5.用硅胶刮刀充分搅拌后,加热至液体沸腾。
  • 6.沸腾的液体内倒入牛奶淀粉液。迅速用硅胶刮刀搅拌,混合物将迅速形成成浓稠胶状体(时间约5~8秒)。
  • 7.将其趁热倒入蛋糕模具,震动模具使表面平整,如果表面不平,可用刮刀整理。蛋糕晾凉后,放入冰箱冷藏约4小时。
