Steps to make 香煎刀鱼

  • 1.新鲜刀鱼洗净截成段,加盐、料酒拌匀腌制15分钟
  • 2.鸡蛋敲入碗内打匀
  • 3.将腌好的刀鱼裹上蛋液,
  • 4.热锅冷油中小火,将裹匀蛋液的刀鱼入锅煎制
  • 5.煎至两面金黄
  • 6.剩余蛋液可以摊个蛋饼
  • 7.装盘即可
