Steps to make #ACA烘焙明星大赛#缤纷水果酸奶

  • 1.准备四盒纯牛奶(250毫升*4),一包乳酸菌酸奶发酵剂(一小包一克)
  • 2.用开水把面包桶和搅拌用的筷子,烫五分钟左右消毒,然后倒掉水,用厨房纸擦干,或者用吹风机吹干里面的水。
  • 3.面包桶放入面包机内(不用安搅拌棒),先倒入一盒牛奶。
  • 4.再倒入乳酸菌酸奶发酵剂(一小包)。
  • 5.用筷子搅拌均匀。
  • 6.再倒入剩余的三盒牛奶。
  • 7.搅拌均匀。
  • 8.盖上面包机盖子,调整菜单:功能---特色---酸奶,按下启动键(显示直接发酵,时间默认6小时)中间不要掀开盖子,不要来回挪动,以免影响发酵。
  • 9.透过面包机的玻璃天窗看下,静静发酵中的酸奶。(做法很简单,操作很省心,可以去睡觉啦)
  • 10.第二天早晨,发酵好的酸奶,洁白光滑如镜。
  • 11.舀上一勺子,已经形成凝块,形似豆腐花,非常的细腻。
  • 12.喜欢的水果切小块。
  • 13.倒入酸奶里搅拌均匀。
  • 14.倒入披萨盘子里或者模具里,入冰箱冷冻2小时以上。
  • 15.脱模后的酸奶球块淋上蜂蜜即可。
  • 16.淋上蜂蜜划块即可食用。
  • 17.也可摆上各种颜色的水果~~~
  • 18.成品图,赏心悦目~~~
