今天做的蔓越莓椰奶司康非常适合涂抹上果酱或者奶酪,配着红茶食用。除了当做茶点,作为每天早上的早点,也是很棒的选择。

  • 低筋面150g
  • 黄油45g
  • 食盐1g
  • 椰浆适量(刷表面用)

  • 1.首先准备所需原料;
  • 2.把面粉、黄油、盐、泡打粉、白糖全部混合在一起,
  • 3.戴上手套用手把它们捏合均匀成小颗粒状;
  • 4.倒入椰浆搅拌均匀;
  • 5.再加入切小块的蔓越莓;用橡皮刮刀翻拌、切拌均匀即可,不必过度搅拌;
  • 6.分别称30g压成饼状或者你喜欢的形状;
  • 7.用手指在中间搓一个圆洞更容易熟
  • 8.表面再刷一层椰浆;
  • 9.烤箱预热上下火,190度大约22分钟至表面金黄。
  • 10.美味出炉啦!
