  • 1.将高筋面粉、酵母粉、鸡蛋、纯牛奶、细砂糖放入盆内,搅成絮状。

  • 3.揉成光滑的面团,放到温暖处,发酵至2倍大。
  • 4.蔓越莓干切成碎。
  • 5.加入发酵好的面团。
  • 6.放到案板上将面团揉匀。
  • 7.再搓成长条。
  • 8.均分成10份剂子。
  • 9.将剂子分别收圆。
  • 10.平盘撒少许干面粉,摆入生坯。
  • 11.套上保鲜袋,放冰箱冷藏发酵一夜。
  • 12.第二天早上取出,电饼铛预热,不加油,放入生坯。
  • 13.轻轻按扁,电饼铛双面加热烙制。
  • 14.烙一分半钟翻面,再烙一分半钟。
  • 15.出锅。
  • 16.外脆内软,香甜可口的蔓越莓奶酪饼就做好了。
