清蒸大闸蟹
每年到9月10月就是吃大闸蟹的时候,这时候最好吃,蟹膏多又肥美,大家都会忍不住吃上几个。想起来都美味呢。
    清蒸是最原汁原味的吃法呢。这次我在洗刷好的大闸蟹加一些白酒浸泡,等蟹醉了,就任我鱼肉了,哈哈。泡过酒后有淡淡酒香,酒能去醒杀菌。蒸出来蟹特棒呢。蟹膏味道很甘香。

Steps to make 清蒸大闸蟹

  • 1.新鲜大闸蟹。
  • 2.用干净牙刷刷洗干净。
  • 3.刷洗好的大闸蟹到入白酒浸泡。
  • 4.把蟹翻过来放在蒸锅里蒸。
  • 5.大火蒸18分钟。
  • 6.姜切丝加入生抽,醋,在淋入少许热油。
  • 7.大闸蟹可以开动。
