花生牛轧糖(面包机版)
自从过年用不粘锅做了好多牛轧糖以后,孩子就时不时说要吃牛轧糖,家里的电磁炉坏掉了,不粘锅也用不上了,脑洞大开的想到了面包机,用面包机的翻炒功能,做牛轧糖果然也好用

  • 棉花糖250克
  • 黄油55克
  • 奶粉150克
  • 花生170克
  • 蔓越莓40克
  • 黑加仑10克

Steps to make 花生牛轧糖(面包机版)

  • 1.花生放烤箱中层180度烤5分钟,口感喜欢脆一点的可以多烤2分钟,烤的过程中注意观察火候
  • 2.花生烤到轻微皮裂就可以拿出来了,去掉花生皮,分成2瓣儿
  • 3.用洗菜篮子把花生皮筛掉(可以在水槽里筛,避免花生皮到处飞)
  • 4.花生混合蔓越莓和黑加仑,放一边备用
  • 5.黄油放入面包机里开启翻炒干货功能
  • 6.黄油慢慢融化,面包机加热的温度大概是140度左右
  • 7.加入棉花糖继续加热
  • 8.棉花糖融化后面包机按一下暂停加热
  • 9.在棉花糖里加入奶粉,快速混合均匀,继续小火加热
  • 10.加入花生和蔓越莓,黑加仑
  • 11.所有材料混合均匀,关掉面包机电源
  • 12.趁热取出放入不沾烤盘整理成方形
  • 13.放凉切块包上糖纸
  • 14.酸酸甜甜的口感,时不时来上2颗
